• Comps discovery, price ranges, and market context
• Experimental card image and condition-analysis tools
• Market intelligence and sentiment insight

3. Important Disclaimers

You acknowledge that trading card values are highly volatile and can fluctuate significantly. Any decisions you make based on our Service are solely your responsibility.

• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF MARKET SIGNALS, PRICING CONTEXT, OR ANALYTICS

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minty TCG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds or prorated amounts for terminated accounts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class-action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
