• Scanner and condition-analysis requests submitted

• IP address for required service and security functionality

Card Images

When you use image-based scanner or condition-analysis tools, you may upload card images. Images may be retained temporarily to complete the requested analysis and support required service and security operations. Minty does not offer permanent image storage as a user feature.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as needed to provide and secure the Service, meet legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and preserve required records. You may initiate an account deletion request and check or cancel its status. Destructive processing is not currently enabled, and Minty does not promise immediate or fixed-day deletion. Completion will be confirmed only after an approved process has actually completed, subject to disclosed legal, security, shared-record, and retention requirements.

7. Age and Launch Eligibility

The Service is available only to United States residents who are at least 18 years of age. Minty records a self-attestation for this eligibility gate and does not collect a full birth date to verify age. If Minty obtains actual knowledge that a user is under 18, product access is blocked and the account follows the approved privacy and account-rights process rather than improvised deletion.

8. International Data Transfers

Information may be processed outside your place of residence. This notice describes that possibility; using Minty does not constitute consent to a transfer or to optional processing.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. A Privacy acknowledgment confirms that the notice was presented; it is not blanket consent to every processing purpose. Material changes to the Terms of Use are handled through a separate Terms assent flow, and optional product analytics requires a separate opt-in that can be withdrawn.
